Very structured process. Clear and quick communication. I did not mind the process but I should have prepared more, I had multiple interview with different companies that day. I enjoyed speaking to everyone I met. Will re-apply if a position open back up.

Screening interview over Zoom was good and I felt a rapport with the interviewer. Invited to a second interview and told I would receive an assignment. The assignment was writing an email to the internal team and one to the customer, based on a scenario. That was easy. The next part consisted of researching their website resources to put together a short visual for a live role play simulating a customer call. I spent a few hours on this. It’s quite a bit of pressure to perform a role play in a second interview, but I had prepped and felt I did well. I was told I would hear from them at the end of the following week. That came and went. I sent a message to the interviewer asking the status and did not respond. 5 days later there was still no news, so I sent another message gently asking about the status. He responded that a few candidates had to reschedule and that was delaying the interview process. He could have done me the courtesy of telling me that 2 weeks ago. In the end I got a canned email saying “Your application is not being considered”, which makes no sense because I had 2 interviews, so obviously I was being considered. Disappointed in the delay and lack of communication.
