Very informative, my job description was explained to be and my expectations. I clearly understood. The acceptance letter was clearly read to me along with the hourly wage. I understood the stericycle culture and integrity.

Entrevista
The interview process was brief, very relaxed but also full of conversation and knowledge. We talked about the company and what it's about, also they got to know a little bit more about me and past experiences. It was mostly in English so you have to be bilingual, a quick thinker and genuine. They ask several questions mainly focused on customer service, handling calls and how will you manage yourself in different situations.

The interview was very casual with little pressure. The supervisor I met with was super nice and friendly very welcoming. The interview was not long at all and personable.

The recruiter asked me some questions I answered the questions with a smile She asked me what made me want to work with the company I told her the reason why she took my resume and told me If I should get hired I would know something by the end of the week .
