Frequent interaction with the recruiter. Interviewed with Hiring Supervisor and one other Executive. The whole process took two months because they were "reclassing the job". Everyone was very professional. Good online and email systems to support the process.

I had an initial interview in person than two separate phone interviews. I was asked multiple questions about my back ground, why I was looking, what interest me in this company. Why I was qualified for the role. Etc.
