The interview process was very fresh and relaxing. I was interviewed by a few different people from the department I was applying for. I felt extremely welcomed. They had my resume ready and were thoughtful with their questions. They were big picture and did not focus on smaller details, rather how those smaller details could relate to larger concepts within Sterling. I wouldn't call it an "easy" interview because they did ask a lot of questions that required thought. However, the way they approached asking questions was not uncomfortable or intimidating.
