Great process, Started with the Manager coming to the lobby to fetch prospective employee. Walked through the plant to get to managers office while being tutored on machinery on the way through. Managers office is among the workers. Fully, and proudly told about the company while stopping and asking if there were any questions often. After being told about the company, and being told what they would be expecting from me, I was asked what I expect from the company. I asked if he can show me the areas I would be working, and he gladly took me on a guided informative tour .
