This company called me every day for 5 days in a row harassing me and demanding that I update my resume to include things that were already in there. The recruiters are in a call center overseas and do not speak good English and it is hard to understand them through their thick Indian accents. They also lack understanding for the contracted roles they're recruiting for. I am currently a federal contractor on a contract that is expiring and they are trying to place me on a different federal contract but they do not know how to present me because they do not know what they are doing. I've been doing this for years. They talk to me as if I'm the one who doesn't understand but it's they who fail to understand. They call me all day every day and mispronounce my name. When I hang up the phone, they just call me back from other numbers and send me spam emails. This is insanity. I understand they want commission for candidate placement but if they were knowledgeable and streamlined their processes candidates wouldn't grow frustrated with them and turn hostile. Adding insult to injury their hourly rates on W-2 all inclusive are low and not competitive with a competitive job market. Either work with a different company who know what they're doing or talk to the end client directly. These people do not deserve your business.
