Was put in a room of 41 people. Given the task to create a tower out of newspaper sheets. Had to answer and assertive level questionnaire some basic maths questions and 40 seconds to tell the managers about yourself (specifically has to be about your personality not professional life). The interview location was completely different to where the actual job which is quite difficult to get to. From my understanding, the company excluded people that didn’t have a tie and people that are assertive. The main negative I have is the time it takes for this interview and how unprecise it is. I have worked in the motor industry before and I have done decently well but they have told me “You are not fit to work in the motor industry”.

Straightforward two stage interview was made to feel very comfortable by the management team, questions around experience and motivations, nothing out of the ordinary. Also asked why the automotive industry as it was new to me completely
