1st step in the interview process was virtual interview via MS Teams followed by a Technical Assessment then 20 mins of training demonstration of a topic you like then final in person interview with the panel.

1 initial phone call interview for 15 mins. Followed with a HVAC knowledge task, for me it was the description of a AHU. After passing that, 1 hour interview with two senior engineers. Final interview is with few senior engineers and possible teammates
