I checked in at the council reception. I was told someone would be down soon even though I was 15 minutes early. I was shown into a large room where I was offered water. I was asked a series of competency questions, where I was allowed to continue my answer even after taking a pause. After the set questions I was given a paper test question, where I was allowed 20 minutes to complete the task. My interviewers left the room at this point, after the time was up they asked me a couple more questions I had a chance to ask any questions of my own.
