Had a phone interview and afterwards was sent the link to a skills test about problem solving, typing speed, and data entry. A couple days later I was then invited to come into the office for an interview. Was told when I would hear from them by and didn't end up hearing back, had to follow up with them instead but was offered the job the next day.

Second interview focused mostly on previous experience and how that translated and more on why you want to work for the company

Interview took place at headquarters; HR representative met and escorted me to conference room where I met you two managers of the department and we went over my resume and the positions duties.
