Flown out to Saint Louis for a day of meetings with top management. Put up in a hotel at their expense. Nice atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Top flight presentations and accomodations.

It is generally done on a branch basis and you might have to talk with a regional but for the most part its all done local. It is usually done with a producing manager so they are busy and just want to make sure you will be a good fit with the team and add value to the branch.
