It was all online no one ever spoke to me and then all of a sudden I was on the next round of the interview process and they sent me a project to complete and after they reviewed it I was not chosen to move forward. There was no person to person contact at all just automated messages.

It was a simple interview, had to do mock styling then a zoom interview with hiring manager. Basic interview questions asked, basically looking for customer service experience for the job
