Initially they have a phone screening processing and then you meet with operations team for a one on one. Fairly easy process. I didn't get the offer, because I am military and they feel as though military is too black and white and there isn't any room to work in the grey area in their leadership styles and were nervous about hiring on another veteran. I find this to discrimination. They interview went well. I can do that job I have the credentials for that job so I feel like to say they will give me an offer next week and then send me an email saying sorry you don't fit our criteria at the moment. That bothers me. Needless to say I went to go for Amazon now but still. They discriminate which isn't right.
