No phone interview. I dove out there to do a group interview and was then asked to do a test. Design a logo and 2 style frames for a video. I was given 2 days to do all this. I completed all the tasks and then some. I sent in my work and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. It was a complete waste of time. It was clear it was a new team that was not good at interviewing. I'm still shocked that they never even e-mailed me a confirmation that they got my work or reviewed it.
