The process was easy; it consists of three stages. They are also very friendly and make you comfortable. Spoke with the HR team lead and manager. It feels like a good place to work

How do you prioritize tasks when working with customers?
The company seems to be disappointing. I had a total of 2 rounds of interviews, each one for 1 hour, one was by the people manager and one by the COO. They asked me almost everything about how my work experience fits the entire project lifecycle stages. I even received connection requests on LinkedIn from the folks working at Stockpile through which I assumed that I will get a job because the employer did have confidence that I had the potential. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of 2 rounds of interviews, the company became unprofessional and did not revert to my opportunity. I contacted HR and was told that I will be hearing from the People Manager soon as they are checking on the availability of the CEO, Victor Wang for the final round of interviews. Even after 10 days post that email, nobody reached out. I again dropped a follow-up email to HR and I just received an email from the Talent team saying the opening is closed! When they did not want to hire in the first place why waste the time of the candidates by taking multiple interview rounds that too 1 hour each and not showing interest? What is with the ghosting out and not getting back to a candidate and only responding after a follow-up? What is with this lie that a third and final round will be conducted with the CEO and then sending an email that the opening has been closed?? Totally worthless and a wastage of time this employer is very unprofessional behavior for sure!
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Stockpile em fev. de 2020
Entrevista
Interviewed back in early 2020 (before wfh). The onsite interview was very professional. Had 3-4 designers who would be on the same team. Most of them were very friendly and eager to talk about Stockpile as well as learn more about myself.

Q: Walk me though a case study. Asked a lot of questions about the reasons behind my design decisions.
