I was asked a series of questions relating to my past experience. Each question was aligned to Stonbury's core values. These are Passion, Respect, Integrity, Quality and Innovation. At the end of the interview I was also given the opportunity to ask my own questions. The process also included a written exercise in the form of a sample bid question.
