Entrevista
took more than a month and 5 separate interviews with different corporate associates. There is a PI test that must be taken by all potential interviewees and if you don't score the average position specific PI score for the applied position you will not be offered a call back or to continue the interview process. They live and die by the PI test results. This really doesn't mean one thing or another and it just a way to help they weed out some. Reality about the PI testing actually means nothing and if you want the job fight for it and show them you have what it takes to be the very best individual for the position.

I was shocked that they sent a list of questions to references to complete. Felt very 1980's way of doing business - who would list a reference that would give negative feedback? Why even bother with references except to verify facts that the resume is truthful. Was a big waste of time and all my references actually sent me the list & I completed it for them. Wasted all our time actually.

Had to take a personality index test - don't know why companies rely on these - I've taken all sorts of tests for sales roles and they're pretty easy to answer. Since I've been here for a year now, I felt that the interview questions that I asked were not very honestly answered - I won't say they lied, but did so from omission.

Usually someone at Corporate will need to interview you and then you will move on to interview at the property (or sometimes other way around). They tend to favor young candidates. Standard questions. Tell us about yourself, what skills will you bring to the team and so on.
