Unprofessional! the hiring process was not time-bounded and took the candidates for granted! Not sure if they are sure of what they want! They must realize something! As much as how an employee wants a job, the company indeed needs the employee as well!

Typical phone interview with recruiter, then on-site with HR, Site Leader, OPS manager and site tour. Good questions surrounding experience and fit. Next, phone interview with Head of Fulfillment. In all about 3 hours of interviews.
5 interviews. Really enjoyed the conversations I had. Heavily focused on the cultural fit as well as the technical experience. it was also incredibly welcoming. Got to know the folks interviewing as well as everyone was able to answer all questions.
