An hour-long first interview followed by a task, to be completed in my own time. Task to be completed in 7-days, with a 72-hour period for their hiring team to provide feedback. However, Storm Ideas ended up hiring someone internally, despite the fact I was specifically told in my first interview that this was off the table for this current role.
