Got and email from head of sales that invited me for an interview the week after. The interview was 45 minutes long with question about culture to see how well I would fit it. The job ads stated that the work was hybrid remote but during the interview the manager share that 80% presence on site is required. I asked why the position is open and he shared that three people have resigned at the same time. The job is basically doing cold calls and he did not make it sound fun at all. The salary for this position is between 36.000 and 40.000 SEK plus commision.
