Met with a very pleasant woman who handles the HR operations. She brings you to a conference room, and has you casually wait, while she locates the General Manager. They sit with you at the conference table and have a very pleasant discussion regarding the job, what it entails, and asking if you can handle all of the jobs requirements etc. if they all approve and consider you a good possible addition, they then bring you to meet and interview with the supervisor of the dept you would be working for. This was another laid back and casual conversation asking about your qualifications and skills and them explaining the requirements they would expect. If they approvee they will hand you back over to the GM and HR rep who will discuss a starting wage and date. After everyone agrees they welcome you to the team and tell you they are looking forward to seeing you on whatever day you decided you would begin.
