The interview process is well structured, involving multiple stages with clear interactions between managers, product specialists and engineering team members. They provided excellent insights during the interviews not only about my capabilities but also about alignment and overall fit.

Entrevista
The thing I really enjoyed during the process, is that they really care about the point of view and the capacity to think of the candidate. They want you to feel comfortable and are interested to know your opinion on things. It's axed on communication and there were 1 HR interview + 2 technical interviews + 1 team meeting. The first technical was a discussion to evaluate the technical knowledge on a high level. It was a really interesting open exchange between the candidate and the tech lead. The second was with the same tech lead but with the CTO also. It was in two parts: - a PR review (since it's one of the daily task of an employee). - a design system question. The whole process was really interactive and interesting and they really care about the person and their motivation.
Le processus d’embauche comprenait quatre entretiens dont un test technique. Il était clair, structuré et bien expliqué à chaque étape, avec des interlocuteurs sympathiques et enthousiastes, rendant l’expérience fluide et agréable.
