Entrevista
I was contacted by the recruiter for an interview and the first conversation went well. After the interview, the Talent Acquisition Specialist told me a test assignment would be sent shortly, but it never arrived. I followed up, was told it would be sent “soon,” and then she disappeared.
Disorganized hiring process and poor candidate communication. A simple update or closure would have gone a long way.

Entrevista
I got a call from the company, a day after writing a question-based cover letter to the company. I tried to answer all the questions, and the interviewer was very professional. The interviewer mentioned that she would put a good word for me to the CEO, the ultimate decision-maker I would have to interview for the second round.
Despite my multiple efforts to follow up, there was no response from the company, which I believe was not very professional on their side.
Even if the hiring procedure was stopped or if the company had hired somebody else, they should have at least answered my multiple emails or even phone calls following up on the matter.
