The 1st round is a simple meet & greet, putting a face to a name. I was asked about hobbies, what prompted me to apply, where do I see myself in 1 or 3 yrs from now. Also, there was a simple breakdown of the company & business model. If you are contacted for a 2nd round interview its a more in-depth breakdown of the company (history to present), more depth analysis to the business model, a time for questions, & a final few questions to sell yourself as a candidate.
