Lengthy and thorough. The SBS team put me through 5 interviews, some 1-on-1 and some in a group setting. My credentials were acutely scrutinized and references vetted. Each successive interview was progressively more difficult with scenario demos and strategy planning. They even provided a practicum to showcase my skill set

2 total interviews, one with SBS, the other with the prime on the contract. After the interviews it was an excess of paperwork as SBS is located in Florida and I am in VA. Nothing to difficult but very annoying.
