Had an hour-long phone interview with VP of Programming. The questions asked were of the standard variety. Interviewer was very nice on the phone, and emphasized the professional development and mentoring opportunities at the organization. My rusty interview skills were somewhat evident, but not receiving any contact from the organization after the phone interview was disappointing.
