Zoom call with no cameras on their end but expected me to have mine on. It was awkward as heck and it makes it hard to focus or gauge how your answers are landing with the interviewer. Also wanted to go through my portfolio which was great but again no cameras make it hard to interview well.

30-minute video interview with HR. They were very transparent about the process and the role. Trying to assess a basic fit based on the profile and role. Next round is with the hiring manager
