After this the office started to transfer calls, to me, introducing me to the Costomer! And I obviously didn't introduce myself a second time, but they evaluate negatively this, saying that I am not introducing myself correctly. So I started to use the introduction prompt of onother company just changing the Id number. Seems they like it!
No one spend time to tell me how the company will like to be introduced. I believe after the 3rd month I received a very general email telling me to introduce myself and be professional!
