After a call we talk about the position and my resume and how to align with the available position , the recruiter arranged a second meeting for an accounting technical assessment. This meeting took 2 hours to be completed.

More of a relaxed interview. Only a few questions about work experiences, one or two behavior based interview questions. They took the time to give me information about the company and department I would be working for.

Entrevista
The interview process was lengthy, they really screen their employee. the interview was in September they offered the job 2 months later. They do reference check, background check and see the employee health.
