INterviewed first with leadership and got to know everyone and had a chance to gain some rapport. After that there were at least 3, 20 min round robin panel interviews with all the team members where everyone had a chance to meet me, ask questions, and vice versa. Then one final wrap with leadership. It was quite the gauntlet, but a very well done and unique experience.
