Included director and manager. Very relaxed interview process. Phone interview happens first and then face to face. Asked basic interview questions and previous job history questions. Overall very good interview process.

Interviewed with two directors and the whole admission staff - first with just two and then i got to meet the whole staff they asked questions as well and then i had the floor to ask anything. They were very nice and welcoming
