Initial discussion with CTO followed by couple of technical rounds. Overall smooth process. Interviewer were friendly. Offered within a day after successfully clearing all the technical rounds. Overall well co ordinated and fast process

Entrevista
The interviewers were pretty friendly, but the questions lacked direction. The role I applied for was a front-end developer and I am pretty good at what I do, so interview related to my role was something I was pretty confident with. The most stupid thing about the interview is that I've been asked questions about scaling on the backend(which I've no experience of, it was so bad that, I had been asked 9 questions on backend out of 10. Write a bot that learns how to play tetris(I don't even know the basics of machine learning). The role I've applied for was one and the questions were from something else, totally irrelevant. If I had that kind of knowledge I'd be applying in Google with a hefty salary? Why would I apply for a startup that boasts itself to be THE AI company in India, when in reality you could be using AI to do more than just video processing.

Entrevista
First a phone interview, then onsite interview, then a HR interview.
After going through entire process, received a mail about confirmation and compensation and was told a formal letter would follow. I had to go home as a family member was seriously ill. When I mailed them about it and asked to extend the joining date by a week, they say they cant offer me a position. After sending me a confirmation mail stating compensation and asking me to confirm, which I did and then company says we cant offer a position. If this is the kind of people leading the company, the future does not look very bright to me.
People taking interview had just 3-4 months experience of what they were asking and what is being done in company. Chief product officer has no background in the field company is working and he kept asking questions which were not at all related to job.
