Thanks for your feedback, and for coming in for an interview. The job we were meeting candidates for was a face-to-face role, and as such, we were interviewing face-to-face. All candidates were aware of this in advance, and free to cancel or pull out at any time. It's a shame that you had a long journey to come to your interview, but we assume all interview candidates are there because they are motivated and excited about the position.
