30 min phone screen. Onsite for 7 hours meeting 7 people and 3 hour programming challenge and lunch with senior guy. There is no closed door office, so interviews are conducted in a outdoor type shed from home depot My interview was frustrating because I told him in the screening it was a stretch for my background but he insisted I come on site for an "easy" programming test. They later admitted that many senior canidates don't complete the test. He also forgot that my background was in a different title as should have been understood in the phone screening.
