First was a round with someone on the business team and a developer who asked some technical questions. Next I was given a take home test to complete with 48 hours to complete. Next I had a round going over my code and finally another call to talk compensation where I was told my request was fine/normal and wouldnt be a problem. I was then ghosted and given no reply or told my offer was too high.
