Entrevista
The interview process is pretty long. I had an initial call with HR followed by a interview with a Manager and Senior Marketing Specialist. Then, I interviewed with the VP followed by a culture interview with around 10 employees. I also had to do a test project.

Talked with the recruiter who was nice, then moved onto an interview with someone from the leadership team. I just got the vibe that this is company…. lacks diversity (to put it nicely.) Just look at their website and look at the photos of the current employees and see if you would fit in or not. If you don’t look like them, my guess is, you probably won’t be hired. Someone else in the reviews also mentioned people being hired based on “pretty privilege” and this company giving off frat vibes. And that is exactly the vibe I got during my interview process and did not feel valued and respected as a candidate. Toxic vibes and left the interview with a bad taste in my mouth. Few weeks later, got the email that they are moving on with other candidates.
