A recruiter reached out to me via email and scheduled a phone interview that lasted 30 minutes. After the phone interview, the recruiter sent me a written project about email responses to varies different scenarios (sending a rejection email, answering position inquires and about the Company). The written project you had a couple of days to complete it. A day later after submission, another recruiter reached out to me and let me know that i will not be moving along the process and even with my impressive talent, i was not the fit for the RC role. I was a bit shocked and very disappointed. When i asked for feedback, the recruiter couldn't tell me specifics which left me feeling absolutely clueless. I had three years of recruiting experience and believed that i did pretty well in my written assessment. Nonetheless, the recruiter that i spoke over the phone was very genuine and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience but the only part where it left me hanging was why i wasn't fitting for the position.....

Had a brief 30 minute "behavioral" phonically interview. A couple days later I got an email saying they were not moving forward. I did not get any real feedback on why I was not selected to move on to the next round.

Entrevista
I applied through the stripe site and was contacted within a few days to set up an interview through a scheduling tool- the interviewer ended up having to reschedule just prior to our meeting, but we did finally connect.
Initial interview was pretty basic with general questions, the interviewer was personable and gave me a take home test consisting of composing answers to a series of emails to be completed in three business days.
I was not able to submit my test to the link provided as it was no longer active after 1 day, so I emailed it to the recruiter as indicated if there were issues submitting and have not heard from them since.
Stripe seemed like an interesting place to work, but the recruiting process leaves a bit to be desired.

1. Recruiter Screen 2. Written Project 3. Onsite (virtual interview w/5 different people) 4. Recruiter Debrief 5. Recruiter Follow up with decision Stripe did a very good job with their recruiting coordinator team to make the scheduling aspect of the multiple interviews very easy and seamless.
