Brief call with a current employee to give an overview of the role and for the candidate to ask questions. Next stage was a pair programming interview with an engineer, where a problem was posed and the interviewer watches you solve it. The question was very difficult and its something you'd see from companies like Netflix or Google. Was very surprised at the difficulty of the question given this is more of a sales role.

It was interview friendly process as it was a recruiter screening. It was a behavioral interview and we were both trying to figure out if the role was a good fit.
