I first talked to them at the college of engineering job fair. A few hours after the job fair they called me to offer an interview and time selection. Then I Interviewed with them, which was based more on personal skills and the interview took about 30 to 45 minutes.

I had 2 interviews with 3 different people. The interview was very formal. It started off by them telling me about the company and rotational project engineer program. I was then ask questions pertaining to my resume.
