Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Structured.
Entrevista
Interview process was straightforward. The management was flexible on adjusting a time constraint. Very kind. I had 2 interviews that went very well. They were laid back and transparent. I sent a follow up email with a response 2 weeks later. I noticed the job was posted back on Indeed. I appreciated the feedback from the follow up email from HR.
They conducted a fairly adhoc interview process that seemed to come a bit out of left field. I think I was a last minute candidate that they tried to add onto another round of interviews. First interview was onsite, awesome! I wish more people would meet sooner, it'd be so much easier to know what's going to be the likely outcome.
There was a barrage of phone and in person interviews after that, none of them being very difficult, in fact I found them to be pretty dry and uninspiring. The position seemed to be a "in the box" position and they emphasized their use of older project management philosophies. Not that those technique are wrong, rather it just shed light on what would have been likely many small very similar projects rather than dynamic changing projects.
My largest gripe of the process was I felt like I was being carried on for a long ride with so many different people needing to approve before moving forward. The infinite "one last step" Eventually they did make me an offer, which was a very good offer and I must give respect for that, but ultimately the company wasn't what I was looking for.
