After a phone interview an in person interview took place. Stryde seems like a great company and the interviewers were very nice and professional. The only downside was the amount of time that passed to make a decision (4 wks) and a lack of communication.

With each of your previous jobs, what's one thing you learned?
We're sorry that the interview process was so long. We do our best to make sure that each new team member is a perfect fit both culturally and skill set and it requires several meetings on and off site to do so.
