Was ghosted by the recruiter after several rounds of interviews, then rejected weeks later. First, had a standard screener call with the recruiter, then a video interview with the hiring manager, then a 75-100 question multiple choice pre-hire personality/cognitive assessment. The recruiter demanded I complete the online assessment "asap," as in, by the end of that very same day. There was no flexibility on that whatsoever, which to me shows no respect for my personal schedule as I had to move several things around. Also, both interviewers were 30-45 minutes late to the calls. Red flag. Stryker did not respect my time during the recruitment process.
