I personally experienced a 3-month interview process with around 9 steps (screening phone call, Gallup, and interviews). I interviewed with several BUs and overall, a very constructive experience. Even if I was turned down from one BU, I received feedback and momentum to build on for next set of interviews.

final step was a four interviews back to back 1 on 1
