If you are outside of the company, Stryker will use a company called Gallup to screen you to make sure you fit their personality profile. Once you pass the Gallup interview, you will usually be called to an on-site interview depending on the number of candidates who get through the Gallup test. Once on-site, you will likely interview with the hiring manager, hr manager, and 3-4 additional Stryker employees (who you may or may not work with in the new position). After that they'll let you know. In my experience, the hiring decisions usually take at least 2-3 weeks after your interviews.

It went smoothly for the most part, especially because they employ a bot to schedule calls. However, I had been ghosted for more than a month after the last round of the interview, after multiple follow-up emails and calls to the HR personnel. I withdrew my application at the one-month mark, but they also do not react to it at all. They are responsive until you are not chosen.

Long process with 4 different interviews consisting of meeting 3 different managers over 3 different locations, FL, AZ, Mexico. First interview with corporate recruiter unrelated to any of the job functions/sites. Second with hiring manager. Third with a secondary manager tied to the project the hire would be working on, but at a secondary offsite location.

Entrevista
Applied online via workday and received an email requesting a screening phone call with an internal recruiter then steps as follows:
30 minute screening with recruiter
45 minute interview with hiring manager within a couple weeks
Gallup strength assessment (online)
Final round interviews: Four back to back 30 minute interviews via teams
