The gallup process is very detailed. A lot of questions to determine whether you are "congruent" with the job description. It is very intense and preparedness is key to success.

Detail a time when you needed to provide negative feedback to a subordinate, how you dealt with the matter, and the related outcome.
Straightforward and easy. 1 round by headhunter, 1 by hiring manager and 1 by head of department and HR and finalize with a test. Introduce, motivation, technical questions, why join us.
It was a long process, and they did not answer my questions about salary and benefits. Nickel and dimed on salary. Salary was low and not within a decent range for the location of the company.
Recruiter has initial call and then call with hiring manager and lastly a panel of 3 to 4 people interview you mostly behavior based questions. Overall process is slow and takes for 1-2 months from start to finish
