Was contacted by a recruiter to apply. Applied to the position and scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview was about an hour long and was a personality assessment. The recruiter advised before the questions were asked that I was to give one word responses and elaborate if I felt it was necessary. Type of questions asked: Are you a better worker than others? Do you think it's best to work alone? The questions were asked at a fast pace and I definitely elaborated as I was not prepared for this type of assessment.
