Your typical interview questions with a gallup interview at the end: HR then Hiring Manager, the HR again, then gallup interview the HR. Throw in a video interview where you have less than 60 sec to prepare an answer to a behavioral question that will cut you off after 45 seconds and disqualify you if you go over in your time.

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.

Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
