There were 4 stages, initial chat with HR, Manager interview, Gallup interview and HR Business Partner Interview. I found the interviews were all pretty standard, the Gallup one was particularly fun, needed to have lots of examples to hand to illustrate the qualities you are discussing in it, lots of stories, but they could come from any area of your life, so I thought that was fun.
