My first interview went well. It was a phone interview. The second was a zoom call and here are the details - 1. The interviewer was 10-12 minutes late 2. The interviewer stated that she wasn't camera-ready and would not turn her camera on for the interview. So I got dressed up just to have an impersonal phone interview. 3. The questions were short and vague. I had to really try too hard to sell myself. 4. I sent a thank you letter and did not get a reply. I followed up on my unanswered thank you email a few weeks later and immediately got a reply stating I wasn't chosen. I do not have a problem with the company, but this hands down was an unpleasant interview, and felt my time was wasted.

Interview in an informal setting - followed by an invitation to apply for a specific role and completing the gallop personality assessment tool. The Gallop is a major criteria for stryker and you will be cut from the hiring process if you do not fit the mold they're looking for.
