1st: Phone screening w/ recruiter. Went fine. 2nd: Phone call with HM. 3rd: Gallup 4th: 1-on-1 w/ HM that was mainly sales process and why you are a good hire 5th: Sales presentation on product 15-20min, then 20min relaxed interview. In front of 3 other reps and HM pretending to be Docs. About 4 week process Was final candidate and they went the other more experienced candidate that worked for competitor in the same region. Their background check failed and was called back to see if I was still interested. 6th: Called another RSM for another stamp of approval. 7th: Flew out by HM to meet in person over lunch with team expecting an offer. 2 week process. 1 week after lunch to give me a decision with a No. HM completely unprofessional and jerked me around, not to mention seemed inexpierenced.

Interview was approximately 3 weeks from application date and lasted approximately 30 minutes. Interviewer was energetic and extremely easy to talk to!! The flow of the interview was more like a back and forth conversation rather than a bunch of stale generic questions one after another. Questions were mainly targeted around seeing if I understood the realities of this role and if I would fit in with the culture. I am moving on to the second interview with the hiring manager next week!
